Texas Senate Education Chair Creighton Paxton to weigh in on constitutionality of a school voucher program

Meantime Chair Creighton filed a voucher bill that creates an $8,000/year voucher and would pay rural districts $10,000 to the district for any student who leaves for a private school. Of course, that misses the point of overall impact to the school finance system
